L'ART VELKRO par JOY CALOC
Née dans le 19 ème arrondissement de Paris, j'aime le Pop Art, l'art figuratif, post-réaliste, cependant... Il est préférable de se battre contre autre chose que le capitalisme actuellement. Disons contre l'aspect ROBOTIQUE des gens du monde ?!
L'ART VELKRO accroche des émotions, des sentiments, ou des visions sur le cœur. J'utilise la peinture à l'huile (avec le fusain, l'encre, l'eau et le jaune d'œuf) comme un outil vivant mêlé à la couleur.
Ma technique ainsi que le courant sont une recherche personnelle quotidienne de plus de 30 ans de pratique dans le dessin et les outils d'arts plastiques.
Je vous invite à réfléchir sur un thème que le tableau explique de manière très explicite par sa structure et l'agencement de ses couleurs. Il y a toujours quelque chose qui change.
"Méthode" Picturale : SAINE pour les poumons !
La peinture à l'huile possède beaucoup de produits toxiques, et petite déjà je n'avais pas du tout l'envie de devenir comme Van Gogh !
Première étape, le croquis au fusain. Seconde étape, je mêle le fusain à l'eau imbibé d'une goutte d'encre de chine, sinon l'encre de chine n'est pas effaçable. Cela permet de fixer le "gris/noir" à la toile, de me donner davantage d'inspiration pour la suite. L'étape du pigment, je la lie au jaune d'œuf mêlé de quelques gouttes de citron (ou vinaigre) pour rendre la couleur plus fluide, légère et rapide au séchage. Les couches suivantes sont à l'huile.
Je passe quasiment de la terre, en passant par l'eau, le jaune d'œuf étant un mélange parfait entre l'eau et l'huile. Puis je fini complètement le tableau à l'huile. L'eau s'oxyde. L'huile se durci suffisamment en un minimum de quelques semaines et j'applique le vernis, qui permet de protéger la toile pour un siècle de séchage !
Je recommande généralement de placer la toile à la lumière du jour car l'huile avec le temps jaunis pour devenir marron voire noire (si elle est placée en "cave"). A l'autre extrême, trop de lumière éclaircie à jaunir et faire perdre les couleurs de la toile également...

THE ART VELKRO hangs on feelings, emotions, or visions on the heart. I use the oil painting (with the charcoal, the ink, the water and the yellow of egg) as an alive tool mixed with the color. The technique as well as the current are a daily personal research for more than 30 years of practice in the drawing and the tools of plastic arts.
The theme which I propose concerns " the dreams or the fancies of dreams " to be able to wake up the heart of those who "automate" our society, either who automate themselves the same. I invite them to think about a theme which the frame explains in a very explicit way by its structure and the layout of its colors. There is always something which changes.

The oil painting possesses many toxic products, and girl already I wanted in no way to become as Van Gogh!
First stage, the sketch in the charcoal. Second stage, I mix the charcoal with the water soaked with an ink drop of china, otherwise the Indian ink is not erasable. It allows to fix the "grey / black" to the cloth, to give me more inspiration for the suite. The stage of the pigment, I bind it to the yellow of egg involved by some drops of lemon (or vinegar) to return the more fluid, light, soft and fast color to the drying. The following layers are in the oil.
I almost cross of the earth, by way of the water, the yellow of egg being a perfect mixture between the water and the oil. Then I finished completely the frame in the oil. The water oxidizes. The oil hardened in a minimum of several weeks and I apply the varnish, which allows to protect the painting for a century of drying!
I generally recommend to place the painting in the light of day because the oil in time turned yellow to become brown even black (if it is placed in "cellar"). In other extreme, too much light cleared up to go yellow and to make lose the colors of the painting also...
